- I liked the scale this morning. Though I think I need a new one. I can go up and down 10 pounds in a day on that one.
- I took the time to go for a walk this morning before I went to work.
- At lunch, I walked to a place and eat and back – about one mile altogether.
- I didn’t have diet cola at lunch! I had tea – ¾ unsweeted, and a quarter sweet – just to avoid the sweetner.
- I actually felt awake at about 3:30 – usually a big crash time.
